DIY Hot Sack


  • Scissors
  • Fabric
  • Needle and Thread
  • Rice
  • Essential Oil


Step 1:

Cut the fabric into your desired shape and size. With the wrong side out, sew two sides shut so there is one open side. Flip it right side out.

Step 2:

Fill the pouch with rice and a few drops of essential oil.

Step 3:

Sew the last side shut. Tie thread around the last end to make it look like a sack.

Now you can put it in the microwave for a few seconds and hold it when you’re feeling anxious. The warmth and scent is instantly calming.
