  • 2 Balloons
  • 2 Cups of Corn Starch, an Extra Handful
  • Water
  • Empty Water Bottle
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Funnel
  • Scissors

Step 1:

In the mixing bowl, mix 2 cups of corn starch with approximately one cup of water.

Step 2:

Using the funnel, transfer the mixture into an empty water bottle. Poke a hole at the end of the water bottle to allow air to get in.

Step 3:

Stretch one balloon over the spout of the water bottle and pour the mixture into the balloon. Tie the balloon.

Step 4:

Roll the balloon in corn starch. This will prevent friction between the two balloons in the next step, making it less likely to break.

Step 5:

Stretch the second balloon over the first. You can choose to cut or tie the end of this one.

NOTE: After some time these do start to smell. When this happens you know it’s time to start back at step one. YAY!
